[Bug 701421] [NEW] Please backport yaml-mode 0.0.6-1 to lucid
Public bug reported: Bug #533549 presently prevents upgrades from previous releases to Lucid if yaml-mode is installed. I will also look into whether backporting just the individual patch for the upstream Debian bug is feasible, but in the meantime, please consider offering a backport. ** Affects: lucid-backports Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Backporters, which is subscribed to lucid-backports. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/701421 Title: Please backport yaml-mode 0.0.6-1 to lucid -- ubuntu-backports mailing list ubuntu-backports@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-backports
[Bug 701421] Re: Please backport yaml-mode 0.0.6-1 to lucid
The differences between 0.0.4 and 0.0.6 are very minor, and especially the upgraded Depends: in 0.0.5 would make sense to include in Lucid as well. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Backporters, which is subscribed to lucid-backports. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/701421 Title: Please backport yaml-mode 0.0.6-1 to lucid -- ubuntu-backports mailing list ubuntu-backports@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-backports

[Bug 666204] Re: Please backport dictionaries-common 1.5.15 to Maverick
Upon closer reading of -backports instructions, I am unsure whether this is eligible for a backport. Hence I am also attempting to get an SRU for Maverick, in bug #619015. [Bug 128849] Re: flashplugin-nonfree won't install; please update flashplugin-nonfree with MD5 sum of latest Adobe Flash package
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 125986 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/125986 jorno, it happens because of Adobe licensing restrictions and uploading conventions. Also, the design of the flashplugin-nonfree-installer is perhaps overtly cautious; when it no longer gets the download it expected, it will refuse to continue. If we could convince Adobe to not reuse the same file name when uploading a new version, this approach would have more merit (albeit result in an older version of the player being installed, even if a newer version with security fixes were available). However, this old, closed bug report is not the place to discuss such things. Note also that this bug is marked as a duplicate, but in any event, you are commenting on the problem as it was in Feisty. If you are installing on a fresh system, I would assume you are installing Gutsy. For the record, the current open bug report for this issue in Gutsy seems to be bug 173890; however, that bug should only be used to discuss possible solutions at this point. It does contain some hints regarding workarounds if you urgently need one. -- flashplugin-nonfree won't install; please update flashplugin-nonfree with MD5 sum of latest Adobe Flash package https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/128849 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Backporters, which is a subscriber of a duplicate bug (via bug 125986). -- ubuntu-backports mailing list ubuntu-backports@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-backports
