To everyone who has said me too. You can help fix this bug by
providing some more information...

1. Per comment #7, answer the question: have you installed the libmono-
system-runtime2.0-cil package?

2. Provide a list of steps to reliably repeat the lockup.

3. When it locks up, run kill -QUIT pid where pid is the process
id of the locked up instance of KeePass. This should produce a stack
trace that you can post as an attachment here. (You can typeps ax |
grep KeePass to find the pid - if you didn't know that already.)

Hello every body. I am also victim of such problem. Due to this wifi
problem i am unable to use ubuntu. I started hating ubuntu. I can not
connect to eduroam. It connects and after sometime it disconnects again
after few seconds. and it keep going on like connecting then
disconnecting. When i restart my laptop it ask for password and usernam
again and authentication is required. what is this? please help me.

Dang... I might have to install Raring. When I get home I'll test this
