[Bug 876198] Re: When switching workspaces with rotate/cube previous Ws contents are momentarily displayed
I have the exactly same issues here on my computers running Ubuntu 11.10: Acer aspire one 532h with Intel Corporation N10 family and Acer Aspire R3610 with nVidia Corporation ION VGA. One thing I notice is that if I go to System Definitions > System info, graphics there appear as UNKNOWN, don't know if it is related to bug or not, but it is weird since graphics info appears if I use command line: lspci. This happens in both machines. Hope someone can fix this, cause these are, for me, is much used to switch screens and change window from one screen to another. Also, I found that when I try to 'drag and drop' one window from one screen to other, the process never finishes... Rotation slows down as mouse gets closer to the left/right screen border. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/876198 Title: When switching workspaces with rotate/cube previous Ws contents are momentarily displayed To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/876198/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Hi. nothings up... After all I sent you a post how card ENE worked for me in Ubuntu 10.10 and you don't even said if it was helpful or not. If you pay some attention, this message was to *Fred van Stappen*. That has the same problem with ENE SD card reader + wifi drivers. Hello. Are you sure your WIFI don't work with 10.10. You tried a start up usb with Ubuntu 10.10? Sorry I have no idea :( I found this: http://art.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1592383 . Hello... I forgot to refer that I am using linux-headers-2.6.*35-22*-generic. n fact I found Ubuntu 10.10 faster than 10.04, maybe you should try an upgrade. *Alexandre Martins* Em 23-11-2010 20:08, Fred van Stappen escreveu: > Hello > I have a acer one 533 and use Ubuntu 10.4 with the new kernel of today > (update). > With that new kernel, ene card dont works (with older also not). > I have download keucr drivers and follow Alexander Martins script. > With "make -C /usr/src/linux-headers-`uname -r` M=`pwd` modules" i get 2 > errors and it does not compile. > Are that drivers only for Ubuntu 10.10 ? > How must i do with new kernel 10.4 ? > Thanks > -- 0cf2:6250 ENE Technology, Inc. card reader not supported https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/530277 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
Re: [Bug 530277] Re: 0cf2:6250 ENE Technology, Inc. card reader not supported
Hi Jose. The link is here <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/530277/+attachment/1714152/+files/keucr.tgz> . Afater download unpack it, make and install it. Before make sure you have the compiler installed: *sudo apt-get install build-essential* - this will install what you need to compile the driver. now change to the download directory and unpack:* tar zvxf keucr.tgz* Now change to the unpacked folder:* cd keucr* And now make the following steps as root inside the "keucr" folder or path: * *make -C /usr/src/linux-headers-`uname -r` M=`pwd` modules* * *sudo make -C /usr/src/linux-headers-`uname -r` M=`pwd` modules_install* * *sudo depmod -a* Now your module should work. It worked for me in Acer Aspire One 532h... Hope it help you. Greetings, *Alexandre Martins* Em 21-11-2010 18:18, joselaurian escreveu: > Ok. I do not saw the Konstantin's link that u told me.
