No. "ca" CAN be translated to "Catalan" etc. "ES" CAN be translated to "Spain". "ca...@valencia", "c...@valencia", or "@valencia" CAN NOT be translated, as "valencia" is just a arbitrary string made up by user, the same as in "en...@kjsdawe" or "sv...@wmedv" or any other one someone can dream of. If your script makes any assumptions about verbatim output text in current system locale, that script should be discarded as obsolete and incompatible with locale mechanism. If you think that those strings should not be translated, submit corresponding bug for net-tools or wherever package it is in, and have discussion with its developers, convincing them to hardcode those strings.
