[Bug 1556439] Re: pulseaudio crashed with SIGABRT in pa_sink_input_assert_ref() from pa_sink_input_finish_move() from pa_sink_move_all_finish() from card_set_profile() from pa_card_set_profile
I have the exact same symptoms in xenial as stdedos above, except with Corsair Vengeance 1500 headset, switching between digital/s/pdif and "speakers" (analog out). I have not experienced the volume control symptom, however. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1556439 Title: pulseaudio crashed with SIGABRT in pa_sink_input_assert_ref() from pa_sink_input_finish_move() from pa_sink_move_all_finish() from card_set_profile() from pa_card_set_profile To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+bug/1556439/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1743094] Re: [regression] hibernation (freezes on resume) since 4.13.0-25.29
I have installed the "edge" hwe packages as denoted in these two comments: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1743094/comments/148 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1743094/comments/149 I can confirm that after this action hibernation is working properly for me. Previously I was stuck on a specific mainline 4.15 release and was afraid to move off it; hibernation is vital for my workflow (and sanity in general). : uname -a Linux hostname 4.15.0-38-generic #41~16.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Wed Oct 10 20:16:04 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1743094 Title: [regression] hibernation (freezes on resume) since 4.13.0-25.29 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1743094/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1755006] Re: ModemManager crashed with SIGSEGV
Just got this after rebooting. No idea what's going on here, I have no modems attached to this machine. I don't believe it is the same as the other bug, as the routine listed as crashing was neither g_closure_invoke() nor the one in the other bug. I have no idea what it actually _was_; I would have expected that to be attached with my own bug report but it wasn't. :/ -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1755006 Title: ModemManager crashed with SIGSEGV To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/modemmanager/+bug/1755006/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1743094] Re: [regression] hibernation (freezes on resume) since 4.13.0-25.29
I see the exact same boot log as Marc Dziadek above, and I can't find this recorded anywhere on next boot either. It has been asked before here: "Is it possible to test 4.15 from bionic-proposed on xenial?" Can anyone offer input on this? I know how to add xenial's proposed repository; is it safe to just substitute "bionic" in that line in sources.list?
