[Bug 1970049] [NEW] Tick tick sound when USB Play on Xenyx302USB (PCM2902) enabled

2022-04-23 Thread CHRISTOPHORUS ARDI NUGRAHA
Public bug reported:

I use USB sound card Behringer Xenyx302. After I upgrade to the latest
kernel, every time I play sound, there is always tick tick noise. This
noise is gone when I rolled back to kernel 30.

Expected:
No noise when USB play enabled

What happened:
There is tick tick sound when USB Play enabled

How to reproduce:
1. Use the latest kernel (kernel 40)
2. Connect USB soundcard with PCM2902 codec (Behringer Xenyx302)
3. Enable USB Play (Soundcard serve as input & output)

[Bug 1866194] Re: External audio device shows up in the sound output options but the sound keeps being emitted from the internal laptop speaker, or none at all.

2021-05-31 Thread CHRISTOPHORUS ARDI NUGRAHA
I have the same issue.
The audio from Steam is emitted from internal speaker instead from USB Sound
Card. Left/Right test also emitted from internal speaker.
It is solved by doing tips on #41.
Thank you!

[Bug 1805108] Re: CUPS are not compatible with Gutenprint

2018-12-04 Thread CHRISTOPHORUS ARDI NUGRAHA
For you who find the same problem, do these step:
1. Unistall/Purge gutenprint
2. Download
https://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-print/files/gutenprint-5.2/5.2.7/
3. Install it
4. Voila. It works for me.

[Bug 1805108] [NEW] CUPS are not compatible with Gutenprint

2018-11-26 Thread CHRISTOPHORUS ARDI NUGRAHA
Public bug reported:

I tried to print documents with Canon ip2770. But, the printer does not work. I
looked at the CUPS GUI, there is report
stopped
"The PPD version (5.2.13) is not compatible with Gutenprint 5.2.14. Please run
`/usr/sbin/cups-genppdupdate' as administrator."
I tried to update PPD by sudo cups-genppupdate. It doesn't work.
I tried to change access of /usr/sbin/cups-genppdupdate to be Read-Write, does
not work either.

What should I do now?
Please help.
