It also happens with the built-in firefox PDF viewer. Tested with
Firefox 29.

Please, add Firefox as an affected project.

I thought Firefox built a pdf-viewer using javascript. Why this is also
happening? If so, is it possible a problem of pdf-drawer algorithm?

Does it happend also with the firefox built-in pdf viewer in Windows?

[Bug 1116801] Re: About section of sytem settings reports wrong version of Ubuntu (12.04.1)

2013-02-11 Thread José Cabo
It is just my opinion but... I think that in this kind of window
(*detail* os window) I would see which version of Ubuntu I have
installed.

So I don't agree just seeing only 12.04 LTS when the version is a
minor version like 12.04.2 LTS. I prefer see everything could be
useful.

Kisses.

(Sorry)
The natural double click drag is after you make double click you cant want
all you want for to start to move (drag) meanwhile, for course, you don't up
your finger from the touchpad at the end of the second click.

[Bug 514828] [NEW] Firefox(all versions) with an element with contenteditable attribute the middle click doesn't work (open link in new tab)

2010-01-30 Thread José Cabo
Public bug reported:

Hi,
I'm from spain.

I have a problem with Firefox (I test the v. +3.5, the v +3.0 AND with
different 3.6 compilations). But with Chromium or Chrome works totally
correctly.

***The problem is***:

If in an HTML document any of the elements has the
contenteditable=true attribute the middle click of the mouse (open
link in a new tab) doesn't work.

I post in a question first because i don't sure if this is a real bug.

I try to reproduce it in other systems (windows 7) with Firefox 3.5 and
the -middle click works- so I think that the problem is in the version
of the Firefox compiled for Linux, in especial, Ubuntu.

I think that the problem seems to conflict with the paste event in
Linux system (middle click in gedit or something).

PS: to reproduce it:
- You can try with Firebug.
- First try the middle click works (It should open a new tab if you click over
an anchor).
- with some element (like div) edit it I write or add a new attribute:
contenteditable=true
- try to use the middle click.

Please if this is a bug can you convert in a bug report? Thanks!

PS: sorry for my English.

[Bug 444449] Re: Firefox slow google reader

2009-11-27 Thread José Cabo
Hi, in the Swiftfox forum refering to the last Firefox version (v 3.5.5)
the admin/dev says:

//quote http://forums.getswiftfox.com/viewtopic.php?f=3t=495
3.5.4 caused trouble for some users with a crash on startup. If you experience
this trouble with 3.5.5 please check that you have at least version 2.18 of
libgtk. In case anyone does run into trouble and for some reason can't upgrade
their libgtk and wants 3.5.3 back, here are the links for the tarballs...
//¬quote

Maybe a GTK not resolved problem?
