[Bug 1306913] Re: wifi systray icon is not monochrome

2014-04-24 Thread Pierre Gobin
Thanks Rafael.

There is still two minor issues :
- the icon which appears when there is no connexion is monochrome, but doesn't
correspond to the new design anymore ;
- the icon which appears when the network is connecting is not yet monochrome.

Otherwise, I like the new design for the wifi, which is much more clear.

[Bug 970758] Re: Menu is frozen after opening it and it will not disappear (even after clicking on the desktop) unless clicking on it again

2013-09-30 Thread Pierre Gobin
In fact amjjawad describes two differents behavior (scenario A and
scenario B).

For me, scenario A is a wanted behavior : I agree with Phill that it
would be very frustating if menu disappeared as soon as the mouse is
away of it.

However, scenario B is not a normal behavior : I see no reason nor
advantage for the menu to stay opened after a right click on an item,
while we click away of this menu. The scenario B is indeed a bug (and an
old one).

[Bug 1014279] Re: Impossible to play a video with gnome-mplayer

2012-07-02 Thread Pierre Gobin
 Could you please try to run the mplayer command without the -ad-add
export=...-quiet -slave part?

Can you explain what you want me to do exactly ?

 Are you using mplayer or mplayer2? Could you also try it with the
other one?

I am using mplayer2. I uninstalled it and tried with mplayer, it works.

[Bug 1014279] [NEW] Impossible to play a video with gnome-mplayer

2012-06-17 Thread Pierre Gobin
Public bug reported:

On Lubuntu 12.04, it is impossible to play a video with gnome-player.
When I try to open an .avi file with it, gnome-mplayer displays
loading, and stopped, without play the video.

I tested it on three computers with Lubuntu 12.04. There is one which
works fine, it uses nvidia card. On the two computers which don't work,
they use intel drivers. And on these two computers, VLC plays .avi files
without problem.
