Re: [Bug 963358] Re: HM revenue form CF10 claims I need a more recent adobe reader when it works fine with any other document
Hi interestingly I found the same form on the private server of an accountancy firm and that one was fine. It's just the one on the main hmrc website that opens a message telling me I need a more recent version of Adobe reader with a link to AdbeRdr 9.4.7-1i486_en.bin. Re: [Bug 305506] Re: The sound is choppy and slow ubuntu 8.10
Sorry I'm not sure about the pulseaudio update because I just set it to do all the auto updates recomended after installing from the alternate download CD. The settings changes which seemed to sort it for five minits were system/preferences/sound, and I thought it may have been set for another sound card than my Toshiba equium has--? I rebooted into the old XP to make sure it wasn't an electronic hardware problem(it sounded a bit lke dying capacitors); all the sound worked OK there. I installed the Eee Ubuntu and the sound was OK there.am re- installed the 8.10 and it was still the same Dr Who soundscape. I've re-re-instaled from the USB start disc I made after the first install-everything is fine now.-!??? Steve.
