Same.
There is a '.mo' file instead of 'gst-plugins-ugly-1.0.mo' in

[Bug 1245926] Re: Can't set keyboard layout change to Alt+Shift

2013-12-02 Thread Vassili Platonov
How can I try g-c-c 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu48 ?
Sebastian had uploaded it to main on 2013-11-29.
Since g-c-c 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu45.2 released (November, 19), I have difficulty to
set layout to 'Alt+Shift_L'. Each relogin returns me to 'Shift+Alt_L'.

William,

yes, I can change layout switching to 'Alt+Shift_L', but each relogin
brings me back to 'Shift+Alt_L' (i.e. I must hold Shift then press and
release Alt_L) not as expected.

[Bug 1245926] Re: Can't set keyboard layout change to Alt+Shift

2013-11-16 Thread Vassili Platonov
In saucy there are no problems.

But in trusty I found some strange behavior of g-c-c/Text entry:
1) there is [Alt+Shift_L] in g-c-c/Text entry
2) getting preference of 'org.freedesktop.ibus.general.hotkey next-engine' set
it to ['Alt+Shift_L']
3) default settings in '/etc/default/keyboard' are
'XKBOPTIONS=grp:alt_shift_toggle,grp_led:scroll'

But after each log in I can switch on next layout by [Shift+Alt_L] only
(i.e. I should hold Shift first then press Alt and release), not
[Alt+Shift_L].

Is there a bug in trusty or in g-s-d?

[Bug 1240957] Re: Scrolling behaviour and window focus has changed and is inconsistent

2013-11-08 Thread Vassili Platonov
@Christopher: be so kind please, keep your ppa up to date, at least to 3.8.6.
I don't use any special mouse wheel bindings such as switching workspaces using
the Viewport Switcher plugin in Compiz. Just default, moreover, this bug was
revealling after clean install of trusty. I can't scroll on inactive nautilus
or gedit windows.
But it seems that gtk+3.0 in trusty is the same in saucy though.

For the future, I'll attend more to these things, I promise. Sorry once more.

Please last effort:
C/net-chat-social.page:51(page/p)
You can now view your social networking messages from the link
xref=unity-menubar-intro Messaging menu/link on the right hand side of the
menu bar, in the guiBroadcast/gui section. Click on any of the items in
that section to open guiGwibber/gui and to read or post messages to your
social network.

[Bug 1064559] [NEW] Page unity-appmenu-intro is missing in 12.10.3

2012-10-09 Thread Vassili Platonov
Public bug reported:

Ubuntu-docs in Ubuntu Quantal template ubuntu-help (rev. 12.10.3)

The page unity-appmenu-intro is missing in 12.10.3. It seems it was renamed
to unity-menubar-intro.
Therefore xref links were broken in some strings:

#1501 Empathy is installed by default in Ubuntu. Start appEmpathy
Instant Messaging/app from the link xref=unity-dash-
introdash/link, the link xref=unity-launcher-
introlauncher/link or choose guiChat/gui from the link xref
=unity-appmenu-introMessaging menu/link.

#1502 You can change your instant messaging status (Available, Away,
Busy etc) from the link xref=unity-appmenu-introMessaging
menu/link.

#1519 Click the link xref=unity-appmenu-introMessaging menu/link
on the right hand side of the menu bar.

#1523 You can now view your social networking messages from the link
xref=unity-appmenu-intro Messaging menu/link on the right hand side
of the menu bar, in the guiBroadcast/gui section. Click on any of
the items in that section to open guiGwibber/gui and to read or post
messages to your social network.

#1663 Click the link xref=unity-appmenu-intronetwork menu/link in
the menu bar and select guiEdit Connections.../gui

#2322 To log out or switch users, click the link xref=unity-appmenu-
introsystem menu/link at the very right of the menu bar and select
the appropriate option.

#2973 Get work done in style with LibreOffice 3.6, now with new, modern
presentation templates and built-in support for Ubuntu's integrated
link xref=unity-appmenu-intro#app-menusmenu bar/link.

Thanks.

dash directly at the music lens.

[Bug 981745] [NEW] Page shell-terminology does not exist

2012-04-14 Thread Vassili Platonov

Page shell-terminology does not exist but two strings refer to it:

xref=shell-terminologylauncher/link for easy access:
(IMHO it should be: To add an application to the link

2185. Drag the application's icon from the link
xref=shell-terminologydash/link onto the launcher.
(it should be: Drag the application's icon from the link

same content.

[Bug 882216] [NEW] duplicate names for cities districts in template iso-3166-2

2011-10-26 Thread Vassili Platonov
Public bug reported:

Developer's notes to translators (string 2400 in Rosetta) say that names
for LV-DA and LV-DGV (Daugavpils) are the same.

But in accordance to ISO 3166-2:LV the name for LV-DA Daugavpils (in
Latvian/in Russian -- Daugavpils Apriņķis/Даугавпилский район) differ
the name for LV-DVG Daugavpils (Daugavpils/Даугавпилс).

This is true to strings 2403 (Jelgava), 2407 (Liepāja), 2413 (Rēzekne), 2414
(Rīga), 2420 (Ventspils). Please divide them.

Thanks.
