[Bug 812530] [NEW] Unity Launcher does not work over Remote Desktop Viewer
Public bug reported: When viewing one Ubuntu 11.04 desktop from another computer with Ubuntu 11.04 using Vinagre, the Unity launcher does not appear on mouseover (the default behavior is to withdraw the launcher into the left side of the screen when a window is blocking the space it occupies when open). [Bug 568507] Re: Drop-down menus allow infinite scroll
The importance of this bug anything but low. [Bug 226851] Re: Users "not root" don't works correctly
The user was made by this script (where X and Y are user and password) CREATE USER X IDENTIFIED BY 'Y'; and privileges with GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'X'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'Y' WITH GRANT OPTION; FLUSH PRIVILEGES; so I flushed privileges after giving them. The error was on access: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ mysql -u X -p Enter password: ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'X'@'localhost' (using password: YES) I used the same script to generate the db on a gutsy, with tha same version of mysql (5.0) and got no errors there. -- Users "not root" don't works correctly https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/226851 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 226851] [NEW] Users "not root" don't works correctly
Public bug reported: On my Ubuntu Hardy mysql doesn't works correctly with users that are not root. In first instance, an user with password is not recognized, access is denied with correct password. Of course this is not the case of users without password. But also in this case something doesn't works: users with all privileges or partial privileges on some DB, can't work on the DBs, so the only way to manipulate the DBs is to access with root user. ** Affects: mysql-dfsg-5.0 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Users "not root" don't works correctly https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/226851 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Mine is a Java project running form terminal, nade with net beans, launched with a Jar, that is linked to a DB to make queries and views, but it worked and works correclty, perfectly, on gutsy. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Jars and Java Applications doens't work correctly on Hardy https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/226847 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
