I have been doing a hell of a lot of printing to pdf files, on different Linux computers with different versions of firefox over time. I have seen this bug every time. It happens intermittently, about 1 in 10 prints on average. It doesn't occur with Konqueror. please check this bug. Its a bit harder to reproduce than what was already tried. I've got the same problem. The scrambled video is not during the grub menu, it starts when booting the system. I assume the vga settings used during boot confuses my monitor. My system: CPU AMD K6+/550 MHz, Radeon 7000, 384 MB Ram, 17" LCD. Hi Erik, That didn't work for me sadly. I never had a touchpad problem.. Its just a long delay to resume, with the activation errors on the screen.. I'm a newbie, but I really need Octave3.0.3 Its available on some other repositories, but I just cannot figure out how to install it. Can someone please help me?? I downloaded octave3.0_3.0.3-1_i386.deb and went through downloading and installing all the dependancies one by one. Then it said that it needs libpcre3 but I already had the latest version of installed! so I am now stuck! I also tried pointing the adept installer to one of the repositories that had octave3.0_3.0.3-1_i386.deb, but for some reason, it wouldn't recognize it. So now I am completely stuck. I've got the same problem. The scrambled video is not during the grub menu, it starts when booting the system. I assume the vga settings used during boot confuses my monitor. My system: CPU AMD K6+/550 MHz, Radeon 7000, 384 MB Ram, 17" LCD. I'm a newbie, but I really need Octave3.0.3 Its available on some other repositories, but I just cannot figure out how to install it. Can someone please help me?? I downloaded octave3.0_3.0.3-1_i386.deb and went through downloading and installing all the dependancies one by one. Then it said that it needs libpcre3 but I already had the latest version of installed! so I am now stuck! I also tried pointing the adept installer to one of the repositories that had octave3.0_3.0.3-1_i386.deb, but for some reason, it wouldn't recognize it. So now I am completely stuck. I have been doing a hell of a lot of printing to pdf files, on different Linux computers with different versions of firefox over time. I have seen this bug every time. It happens intermittently, about 1 in 10 prints on average. It doesn't occur with Konqueror. Hi Erik, That didn't work for me sadly. I never had a touchpad problem.. Its just a long delay to resume, with the activation errors on the screen.. I'm a newbie, but I really need Octave3.0.3 Its available on some other repositories, but I just cannot figure out how to install it. Can someone please help me?? I downloaded octave3.0_3.0.3-1_i386.deb and went through downloading and installing all the dependancies one by one. Then it said that it needs libpcre3 but I already had the latest version of installed! so I am now stuck! I also tried pointing the adept installer to one of the repositories that had octave3.0_3.0.3-1_i386.deb, but for some reason, it wouldn't recognize it. So now I am completely stuck. I've got the same problem. The scrambled video is not during the grub menu, it starts when booting the system. I assume the vga settings used during boot confuses my monitor. My system: CPU AMD K6+/550 MHz, Radeon 7000, 384 MB Ram, 17" LCD. I've got the same problem. The scrambled video is not during the grub menu, it starts when booting the system. I assume the vga settings used during boot confuses my monitor. My system: CPU AMD K6+/550 MHz, Radeon 7000, 384 MB Ram, 17" LCD. It happens intermittently, about 1 in 10 prints on average. It doesn't occur with Konqueror. Hi Erik, That didn't work for me sadly. I never had a touchpad problem.. Its just a long delay to resume, with the activation errors on the screen..
