[Bug 646554] Re: Won't add files to JAR unless renamed to ZIP extension
This now works for me in 2.32.0. One thing I noticed, however, that I'm not sure is a bug: If you drag and drop onto a zip archive that does not have a .zip extension (e.g. archive), file-roller will create a separate file (archive.zip) rather than updating the file you have open. Not sure about other archive types. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/646554 Title: Won't add files to JAR unless renamed to ZIP extension -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

In the newest 8.04.1 release the wireless interface is no longer detected. So the issue has changed. [Bug 184439] System crash with window roll-up + close
Public bug reported: I have found that rolling up a window and clicking the close window button before it is finished rolling up causes the system to crash. Killing X with ctrl-atl-backspace works with after a long delay to restart things. I am running feisy, compiz fusion, and gnome. All versions are the current that are in the repository. Emerald is also installed. Only my system with an nvidia chipset exhibits this bug, my laptop with an ATI chipset does not crash. (It has a similar software setup) Please let me know if you need any more information, I can run tests and such if you like. - yoblin ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- System crash with window roll-up + close https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/184439 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 154725] Re: Encrypted wireless networks crash gateway ml3109 with Realtek RTL 8185L in Gutsy
I haven't actually tried WPA, I'm using WEP and that crashes it. Other people are experiencing the same issue, I'm not sure if they are using WEP or WPA. I'll contact them and have them add their experiences to the bug posting. Just to elaborate, the encrypted networks are still found, but crash if I try to connect after the first of the two lights light up in the connection icon in gnome.
