Re: [Bug 1069070] Re: Graphics rendering becomes slow, after disabling irq #16
Dear Cristopher, The model was a Toshiba NB100-10X which i do not have since then. The problem as far as i remember was caused by a faulty interrupt of a laptop battery (some chinese unicode characters appeared in the identifier string, which the driver could not properly handle). Passing the -irqpoll flag worked the problem around. sincerelly, Csonka Bálint 2013/8/11 Christopher M. [Bug 1069070] Re: Graphics rendering becomes slow, after disabling irq #16
One more interesting thing I noticed: The ath driver always gets locked up at the 21th interrupt. Afterwards the i915 driver gets hung at also a round number of interrupts: 911, and 61. See the attached screensot. Do you have any idea what this could mean? ** Attachment added: "Screenshot from 2012-11-01 22:16:23.png" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1069070/+attachment/3421052/+files/Screenshot%20from%202012-11-01%2022%3A16%3A23.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1069070 Title: Graphics rendering becomes slow, after disabling irq #16 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1069070/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
