Sorry I need to take back the last statement. Creating the symbolic link fixed dokuwiki for me, it works fine now. The other problem (blank page) was due to a configuration error that I introduced myself. I can confirm this bug. Now when I try to access my wiki I get a 404 message from Apache2.
