In nvidia settings on prime systems you have Prime Profiles. The initial report was with the settings on intel(Power Saving Mode). I changed this setting to Nvidia (Performance Mode) to see if it made a difference it didn't. This issue only seems to be reproducible if you are on the Discreet hardware.
