When GDebi is missing a dependency, it becomes unresponsive. The "Install package" button becomes grayed-out. Instead, it should remain clickable and change to "Retry". If multi-package installation is implemented (Bug 37649), this will be a moot point for many packages (since you will try to install the dependency and then it will open in the same window and take care of both).
