this issue is a bug, or to begin working on it, so I am marking this bug

If you can provide exact steps so that a developer can reproduce the

I just tried to recreate this but they happily work together.
I realized that your apache is slightly outdated with 2.4.18-2ubuntu3.8 beign 
current now.
But none of the changes since then addressed this issue.

And I see in your logs that on 2018-04-13  13:34:27 you also installed
both just fine.

Is that reproducible, which means when you run "apt upgrade" it again
fails the same way?
