This issue *still* exists, on Kubuntu 9.10. For example, in KTorrent, Help-KTorrent handbook results in KDE help centre opening with a modal dialog box saying The file or folder help:/ktorrent/index.html does not exist., and There is no documentation available for /ktorrent/index.html. in the main window. 1. KDE Help Centre should not open if there is no help to display. 2. There should always be help to display.
