Sorry, please close the thread, because under 2.6.27-7 is now recognizing keyboard correctly after deleting xorg.conf And I don't have how to retrieve those old log files. In new kernel version my sound card and extra keys (volume itp) working correctly! Hi zami1, Please attach the output of `lspci -vvnn`, and attach your /var/log/Xorg.0.log file from after reproducing this issue. I confirm this behaviour. I was using 8.10 alpha6, after upgrade do beta, my mouse and keyboard stop to work under X. I would like to second this bug. I added : Section "InputDevice" Identifier "Generic Keyboard" Driver "kbd" EndSection Section "InputDevice" Identifier "Configured Mouse" Driver "mouse" EndSection to my xorg.conf file which allowed for mouse and keyboard to work again.
