on linux 2.6.27-11 latest update in intrepid the bug is still present. here's the full session log, this is everything i can provide... it's quite frustrating too see no action around this bug, noone seems to care but that could be very simple to fix (i suppose) just because, as i said before, everything was just fine in hardy, gutsy, feisty, ecc. with intrepid it happened for the first time and isn't going away... Nothing is going on! There's no X! It simply doesn't switch to a console that doesn't exist! And I don't see what could be necessary to make it complete. Tell me what's needed and I'll try to provide it.
