Jakub Steiner works for Novell and designed the previous set of OpenOffice icons. I can email him to inquire. Alternatively, you could include it as a new icon set called Tango New. Chris, are you sure it's not worth reporting that upstream? The Copyright issue sounds strange to me, since there are already Tango icons shipped with OO.o, and they must be CC-BY-SA too. The set is licensed as CC-BY-SA, just like the rest of Tango.
