Hi Joseph, I'm the guy who takes care of gwyddion in Debian. I finished packaging 2.13-1 yesterday evening, it's sitting in Debian-Med's SVN and waiting for a sponsor. This package builds just fine for jaunty on all architectures. I have built this package for Jaunty in my ppa: https://launchpad.net/~jsmidt/+archive/ppa.
