I have a similar problem. My current nvidia driver is 180.44. I believe I have purged all traces of other glx versions from the system. I am using an ASUS W7SG laptop which comes with an NVIDIA Gefore 9300M G. Our error messages are very similar, so I am really interested to see how you managed to fix your problem! ** Attachment added: "Xorg.0.log" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/29790563/Xorg.0.log -- Failed to load module "glx" with nvidia hardware driver https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/339634 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
