I do get the same error but neither Reindex nor Cancel or OK helps. I have this issue as well. Specifically, I see the dialog described by Guybrush88. When clicking OK and Cancel the dialog disappears only to immediately reappear. When clicking Reindex all contents, and then closing the dialog when it reappears, it does go away. However, it returns after a reboot. Very annoying - only seen this issue in Ubuntu 9.04.
