Sorry, I haven't upgraded yet due to problems running the 32 bit versions of Karmic or Lucid on my processor / motherboard (Bug #456790). I appreciate this sounds somewhat random, but then so it the fault! My system only seems to do this spontaneous shutdown when I'm running the Terminal Server Client. I have this installed as part of the standard Ubuntu install, and it reports version 0.150. Note also, also though the description of the bug is 'Jaunty Upgrade...' I just had a spontaneous shutdown that I think is caused by this bug (same message in my log, followed by everything shutting down).
