This bug is almost two years old, and so much code has been replaced since then. There's no way I can duplicate it now; it would have been difficult to duplicate even then. Besides, I'm not even sure I've got the right component. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test a current, supported, Ubuntu version. Success! Here is the update log. I won't report these as bugs unless advised to do so, but I think Launchpad could have been more helpful: 1. Incorrect message "Cannot upload empty file". The file was not empty. Launchpad error, I think. 2. I had to start Firefox with gksudo to upload the log file.
