[Bug 456262] Re: Ubuntu One crashed as soon as I clicked the notification icon after booting

2010-01-19 Thread TomatoGoatee
I just wanted to note that, when it happened to me, I had updated my
installation the previous day (on 1-18) after having already connected
to ubuntuone but did not reboot. I brought the machine up today (1-19)
and that's when the crash happened. The date prior to yesterday's update
had been 1-17.

The date of my last update had been the 17th is what I meant to say.
Obviously the day before the 18th was the 17th...

[Bug 456262] Re: Ubuntu One crashed as soon as I clicked the notification icon after booting

2009-12-14 Thread JRulez
I get an exclamation mark icon with arrows around it... when I click
apport starts. I am running karmic. I remember this icon signifies that
the server version is different from the local version. is this true? In
this case the fact that my laptop was running for several days without
rebooting might be the reason? Anyway I don't know. hope my description
helps.

[Bug 456262] Re: Ubuntu One crashed as soon as I clicked the notification icon after booting

2009-10-23 Thread Kevin Smith
I have not seen the problem again, and have been able to connect. Of
course, I was able to connect several times before I saw the problem
too, so I can't tell from here whether it is fixed or not.

My apologies for the connection issues you've been experiencing and the
inconvenience this has caused you. We're currently working on fixing
things on the server side to eliminate these issues and others. If you
can try reconnecting later on, please let me know if you continue to
have problems connecting.

Thank you,

Joshua
