Problem is Hindi Wx keymap author, he did mistake in writing that map and iok got it as problem. It is solved in upstream http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=26947. Have to wait when newer release of xkeyboard-config appears in Fedora/Ubuntu. I downloaded latest PPA build iok_1.3.10-0 for i386 of Suji from https://launchpad.net/~suji87-msc/+archive/ppa/+files/ and updated my iok. I confirm that this issue with "xkb-Tamil Unicode with Numerals" keymap is fixed. While this issue of this bug report is fixed in next version another issue I mentioned - that of "xkb-Hindi Wx" terminating iok with error message as "Segmentation Fault" still takes place. It needs to be reported to upstream bug reporting.
