There's a slight change, but I'm still getting it with 0.2.36-0ubuntu1: 1.) Maximizing Opera - top panel becomes empty after showing the window buttons and File Edit for a split second. 2.) Clicking somewhere in the window - window buttons and the generic File Edit menu show up in the top panel. 3.) Unmaximizing Opera - the (now unmaximized) window becomes inactive and the top panel again becomes empty after showing Opera File Edit for a split second. 4.)
