I haven't been able to reproduce either of these, are you still having these issues recently? Are they easily reproducible? As it turns out I'm still getting those warnings (both types, reproducible on two systems). To reproduce: 1. ) Start a desktop session with the appmenu applet. 2. ) Remove the applet. 3. ) Start Nautilus and click through its menus (throws some critical warnings). 4. ) Restart Nautilus and click through its menus (throws more critical warnings plus those Gdk warnings). Sorry for not realizing the importance of the second step in the first place. FWIW, re-adding the applet stops the critical warnings but the Gdk warnings keep getting thrown.
