I don't like the mockup of comment #2. Unity should keep showing window previews, but in a different way. Windows 7 behaviour is a lot better here. I'm considering moving to KDE because of this, the expo is so slow! I can't wait that much for switching a window plus I cant dig around the whole screen for a window, seems Unity is stable and all but this is a huge no no plus I dont need another dock or something to manage windows!
