Hi,
thanks a lot. I will use solution 1 for the moment.
It took me some time to find correlation with power supply, but now that
I know it, I can plug in power supply when using cable ethernet.
I try to be a good citizen and report my problems. I found it hard to
report a regression in ubuntu system. I have a couple of other
regression but gave up reporting them.
For this bug, at a moment I was instructed to run some apport command
(don't remember exactly which) to document things but I got rejected
with a not your bug message.
