Micah, First install (that didn't work quite right) was in this method: Insert Cd with iso file image, reboot computer, select to boot from CD, follow command line script and install along side WinXP. On second install (today), I booted into WinXp, inserted CD and let install run inside WinXp. Ben, I'll give it a try. Right now I am working on deleting the 2 Ubuntu partitions that were made on the WinXP machine when I reinstalled 9.04. On a 3rd install I don't want a 3rd 2 Gb partion on a 40 Gb drive. I'm letting XP install service pack 3 (this has taken a lot longer than I anticipated) and I'm actually working on my real day job. I may be able to get some screen shots before the end of the day. (15:52 in Houston right now). And it would be really great if you could switch seconds on temporarily for the screenies in your top-panel clock. (Providing you have one).
