There currently is a hardcoded limit of two live tabs. When opening a third tab, the webview for the least recently consulted tab is destroyed to free up memory. This limit could probably be made a configurable setting, and ideally we shouldn’t have to do that at all, but we’re currently hitting an issue where the system’s out-of-memory handler tends to select the process for the current tab when killing processes to release memory, having the undesirable effect that the current tab goes blank. I created /etc/acpi/events/acer-headset which runs script on jack acpi event:

input source everytime when I plug headset

@Alfonso So I agree that the modem disconnect seen when WiFi is toggled off is rare, that said, per my previous comment #38, it looks NM definitely gets in a state where it doesn't recover. I didn't see where you specified how long you waited after the disconnect; it's possible that this is a permutation of bug #1418077, but as I didn't see a state message showing the modem transition to "searching", I don't think this is the case. This may just be a timing issue. In this case, the route failures cause the connection failure, which is different than a connection failing due to the context being de-activated. Maybe it's this case which leaves the modem in 'connected' state? I will try my force-route failure experiment on krillin/RTM and see if it triggers the same scenario. Public bug reported: The UnityTestCase setup in autopilot tests does a lot of things to prepare the environment and it has some conditionals to change the behaviour depending on the tests being run. This makes the setup too complicated and hard to reuse in other tests. If we inherit from that test case, we inherit the setup, so this it's not a good base to start new tests. An alternative is to write the setup as multiple fixtures, one per each environment detail we need. I Updated the bios to the latest available from lenovo. The problem re- occured but the machine was in use at the time by someone else so was unable to get any logs from it. I've just tried on krillin ( vivid-proposed / #193 ); conformed NM version is: 0.9.10.0-4ubuntu15. I had a single AT&T SIM in the first slot. WiFi disabled, I toggled FM on/off ten times. Sometimes I'd tap the toggle as soon as it became active, sometimes I waited up to 1-2m before toggling. Humph. I just flashed my arale with the latest layout and image. Could
not reproduce. Is it 100% reproducible for you? Is there anything at
all unusual you do? Does this happen on other devices?
The last time this came up (bug 1414762), it happened because multiple
clicks were being accepted on the last "Finish" button. It looks like
the Finish button is still behaving correctly. So I don't think it's
the same root cause.
