Just to throw in on this, I'm running 1.6.2 on 14.04.3 and it's not working here either. I have confirmed on both wily and xenial that the new network-manager does behave properly. After updating network-manager and restarting it (or rebooting as the updater recommends), installing lxd which then pulls lxc as a dependency does work reliably. I've also confirmed that wired connectivity as well as wireless connectivity appears unaffected by this fix, my laptop has been running the xenial version ever since Mathieu uploaded it and it's been working perfectly. Ok. It was 'fix released' in cgmanager and lxc by working around it (not enabling threading). It is invalid in lxcfs in xenial because we have switched to glib and gdbus there. With regards to NGINX, the system is trying to bind to 192.168.1.8:80, but errors about not rig able to assign that address. Public bug reported: I had a buggy installation of android studio. I don't know why but on installing android-studio, the packages started downloading and then at 99% it failed somehow. I couldn't remove it either. Then, I installed nginx, which did not install either. So i tried to remove it using apt- get purge, apt-get autoclean and apt-get clean.
