Yes. I would need the files. Is there an easy way to pull them from
flickr, or can you put them somewhere else, or send them to me?

Yes. I would first push the package to the ubuntustudio-dev ppa on
launchpad for testing, and then I would need a sponsor to upload it so
that it appears in Xenial and on the DVD.

Hmmm. At the moment it is 15.08. But Debian sid has 15.12. Kdenlive does
not appear in the list of pending merges though. It might be that it has
not automatically synced because the ubuntu version includes an epoch
"4:" and it seems like the Debian version is older?

I will see if I can get 15.12 merged.

[ubuntu-studio-devel] 16.04 Wallpaper Packaging

2016-02-10 Thread C. F. Howlett
Thank you, Ross!

I justed looked in the same package, and I *partially* understand what
is happening there. Glad you're on-board!

As soon as I tally the votes, I will send you the list with creator
names. I take it I should also send the wallpapers themselves? And
does I understand correctly that this will ultimately land on
launchpad? So many questions, but as I stated, this is all new to me.

[ubuntu-studio-devel] Community Wallpapers Clarification

2016-02-10 Thread C. F. Howlett
Yes, this would indeed a secondary, uninstalled and completely optional
package. Therefore it can be packaged at any time. Let's focus on the
16.04 release wallpaper packaging and offer this community package later.
