Unfortunately I was away on paternity leave then subsequently very
ill during the time this stuff should have been done.

Congrats and my sympathy. Want to clarify that my tart remark was not
directed to you only. ;)

Well, what can I say? TBH I don't think that our procedures give
translators any veto power. The bug is implicitly an UIFe request, and
the decision lies with the release team. With that said, it's important
that info about late translatable strings are brought to the
translators, and that's done with your message.

Btw, isn't there an unusually large number of late translatable strings

The following strings need to be added to update-manager in order to resolve

The bug can be found here:

Re: Translations for the new ubuntu-software/snap-store

2020-04-16 Thread Sebastien Bacher
Hey there,

One dependency which includes snap translations (including the name of
the interfaces that can be connected from
gnome-software/snap-store/gnome-control-center) and is now also properly
translatable
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/focal/+source/snapd-glib/+translations

Cheers,

Fwd: Translations for the new ubuntu-software/snap-store

2020-04-16 Thread Игорь Зубарев
Also currently snap-store has no translation of apps descriptions but deb
packages have.
Is it going to be fixed before release?

I already added a bug before
https://bugs.launchpad.net/snap-store/+bug/1872963

Cheers,
Igor
