I wonder if the add-ons are interfering with each other in some way that blocks one inbox. Did you try it with no add-ons and with combinations of 2 of the 3 add-ons? I'm not a big fan of the Mulberry for beer (it's a youngster's pub so is pretty much a Lager bar in reality) but it's got a decent reputation for burgers...
