[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 386740] Re: [K8M800] virtual size does not correctly set on panel
I tested openchrome driver SVN793 + patch from comment #52. The external monitor was connected. I added DefaultDepth 8 to the xorg.conf like this: Section Screen Identifier Default Screen Monitor Configured Monitor Device Configured Video Device DefaultDepth8 EndSection The result is that the screen size is correctly recognised and set up to 1024x768 both on panel and on the external display. [Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 434032] Re: [Karmic6+regression]touchpad click disabled
I think with the new hotplugging in Xorg, you don't technically need an Xorg.conf, but that having one will override default settings. So I think this may be a bug in Xorg's handling of the tounchpad. ** Changed in: ubuntu Status: Incomplete = New ** Package changed: ubuntu = xorg (Ubuntu) ** Tags added: regression-potential -- [Karmic6+regression]touchpad click disabled https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/434032 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xorg in ubuntu. ___ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
