[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1486920] [NEW] [regression] 90/270 degree rotation is broken
You have been subscribed to a public bug: Rotating the screen left/right results in the display having a black box on the top part of the screen (where top panel would be). This is a regression in wily. Vivid binary works, same source (plus fstat.h build- fixes) built on wily does not. ** Affects: xserver-xorg-video-intel (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- [regression] 90/270 degree rotation is broken https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1486920 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in Ubuntu. ___ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
[Ubuntu-x-swat] [Bug 1314924] Re: Adressbox Entries unreadable: Grey/Black Mask overlaying text
I can confirm the bug Jaap Woldringh mentioned. Also, some small help on how to reset gfx.xrender.enabled to true to work around it: look in ~/.mozilla/firefox/hashcode.default/prefs.js for the same settings that can be configured via about:config. (It may not be trivial to everyone how to do this when Firefox itself is not functional due to the error.) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1314924 Title: Adressbox Entries unreadable: Grey/Black Mask overlaying text To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/xserver-xorg-video-intel/+bug/1314924/+subscriptions ___ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
