Thanks to all who responded, I have passed the details onto my client.

Please note that I will not be influencing my client to use a particular 
provider, they already have circuits with many of the providers in the 
list or have experience of others. I needed a list of contacts, which 
has now been collated to assist a manager who had not, himself, sought 
circuits in Dublin before.

Interxion Hume Ave is Interxion DUB02 and HP, Citywest Avenue is probably
Citadel100.  Both these are well connected using multiple providers.  You'd
be best to talk to each data centre to see which carriers have fibre into
the building and then talk to those carriers.  D/F is likely to be
considerably more expensive than 10G waves.
