Hello All,
I am forwarding this message - I also know this family.  Mr. Jean-Louis was
last seen at 50th and Baltimore yesterday morning.  He has already been
reported missing to the police, so if you see him and call the police they
should know about him.  Ideally, it would be great to coax him to stay with
you until the police can be called  He speaks Creole, and so if you
happen to know that language, it will set him at ease.

I just wanted to reply back with a missing persons alert. A Friend of mine
reported that her father Robert Jean-Louis is missing. He has dementia and
currently does not have any ID on him. He has been missing since 8 am
Tuesday Morning. He is wearing a white button down shirt, navy blue pant,
black shoes and olive green carry on luggage. The police have been alerted.
Please reach the police if you have any information.

Please share his picture with everyone you can. Thank you

[UC] four missing pets are back home

Some happy news:

- the elderly orange tabby cat from 45th & Osage was found by a  
neighbor last night and is back home
- Brandy, the lost tan dog from the 4400 block of Baltimore Avenue,  
was picked up by two UC residents
   (the same night she went missing) and has since been reunited with  
her owner
- Laura, the well-known indoor-outdoor calico cat from the 4700 block  
of Baltimore, is also back home (and spending
a little more time indoors now).  She had been picked up by  
someone who thought she was homeless


-Also, I found a wandering white husky on 43rd late the other night  
(in the pouring rain).   Fortunately, he had a collar, harness and  
tags!  His microchip tag# was traced to his owner in Powelton Village,  
and the pooch was returned immediately, with the help of a nearby Penn  
Police officer.  The pooch had been missing for a week.  Hard to  
believe, considering how friendly he was; I called him over and he  
responded immediately.


Do be sure to keep your pets collared and tagged at all times.   
Microchips are great - and necessary - but they're not a substitute  
for a good collar with proper and up-to-date tags (including a rabies  
tag).  You never know when your beloved pet is going to slip out/run  
off.

[UC] some help needed

A long time friend, is dealing with prostate cancer issues and they are seeking 
information about txs., and in case they are planning on coming to stay in 
Philly for awhile, I need to get some help preparing a room for them - probably 
a few hours to a couple days of cleaning, rearranging, etc. ..and I've got a 
bunch of dollars to spend on it.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

We should have way more local public resources for people who do professional 
works and who need help, like being hooked up with co-workers and/or clients or 
for those who need tools or materials, or as in my case storage + work spaces.

Hello All,
Mr. Jean-Louis is still missing.  His family is very worried about him.
I've cut and pasted here the info in the flyer linked below, along with his
picture.  If you click on the link you will get to a flyer, but I wanted to
put all of the info here as well.

Additionally, the family has shared that he really likes libraries, and
supermarkets, especially natural foods.  Loves avocadoes.  If anyone is
going to any of these places, please look for him.  If you see him, please
try to stay with him while contacting the following: you can call Detective
Francesco 267 808-4714, and e-mail family friend Jamillah Campbell at
jstandingst...@gmail.com.  You  can also message me if you'd like, and I
will pass any info you have along. (215 906-0243, pbul...@gmail.com).  He
may be confused, and sometimes these kinds of patients become agitated and
violent because of their confusion, especially if they haven't had their
medications.

Its been nearly 30 hours now, and so its critical that we find him.

Thanks for any help you can be - please pass this along to anyone you can
think of.
