raichea wrote: Any news on this? Thanks. No, sorry. For some unknown reason my pc refused to boot from the opensuse installation cd. However it booted from disks of other distributions. I burned three opensuse disks before realizing it was not a problem of the burning. I also tried the net installation cd, it didn't boot either. Something weird, maybe the drive needed a firmare update, or the dvd drive is not working well, I don't know. In fact the dvd of the 13.1 which I used to install it some time ago didn't boot this time. As the pc is an old one it was not possible to boot from usb. Finally I gave up and installed LUBUNTU (a 'light' version of ubuntu that needs small resources). Now everything works fine, including LMS, in fact it works great. This light distribution needs small memory and works much faster than the opensuse 13.1 I had previously.
