[SlimDevices: Unix] [pCp] Autoplay - make change easy
Hi This is just something that I am using to make the autoplay feature (play favourite after pCp is started) more flexible: 1) Create playlist named "AutoplayLounge" which contains what I want to auto-play 2) Create Favourite called "AutoplayLounge" which points to the playlist of the same name 3) Set autoplay favourite in pCp to "AutoplayLounge" Now I can change the playlist which is auto-played when starting pCp from any LMS remote or web interface and without having to create new favorites. Sorry- I can confirm that we have an issue with pCP3.00 and HifiBerry DACs (IQaudIO DACs still works). We are still trying to understand what the problem is, but I don't have an answer yet. If you use dmesg you will probably see something like this: [ 16.444256] snd-rpi-hifiberry-dacplus soc:sound: ASoC: CODEC DAI pcm512x-hifi not registered [ 16.444295] snd-rpi-hifiberry-dacplus soc:sound: snd_soc_register_card() failed: -517 [ 16.483009] snd-rpi-hifiberry-dacplus soc:sound: ASoC: CODEC DAI pcm512x-hifi not registered [ 16.483052] snd-rpi-hifiberry-dacplus soc:sound: snd_soc_register_card() failed: -517 Steen piCorePlayer a small player for the Raspberry Pi in RAM. [SlimDevices: Unix] Network test
hello All, I am trying to find out why my cabled players do not pass a network test at 1000kbps. I found out this document: http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Diagnosing_Performance_Issues but my server v7.9 does not have this: "plugin which helps diagnose common performance problems such as audio drop-outs. The plugin provides ... a series of web pages which are accessed from "Server and Network Health" in the "Help" section of the main web page." I do have a "network test" plugin from Triode, but don't think it can be run on the server side. town: Musical Fidelity Dr.Thomas, Preamp II, Infinity 7K, Squeezebox Classic (2), Squeezebox Radio, Raspberry Pi 2 with HiFiBerry, Ubuntu 12.4 LTS server country: Musical Fidelity A-5, Infinity Renaissance 90, Musical Fidelity A120, Sonus Faber Concertino, Squeezebox Classic, SB Touch, Raspberry Pi 2 with HiFiBerry, BeagleBoneBlack server with Debian on Arm7 gian's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6702 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=106003 ___ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
Re: [SlimDevices: Unix] Announce: piCorePlayer 3.00
RPI 2 with iqaudio dac+ After insitu upgrade to 3.0, my RPI3 server only (analog out put setting) works fine, squeezelite _is_ running even though I don't use as a player.
