Re: [uportal-dev] UP-2158

2008-09-11 Thread Tuyhang Ly

Hi Chris,

This is a duplicate issue with
http://www.ja-sig.org/issues/browse/UP-2122 which I'd created and
attached a patch for it earlier. Please resolve/close this jira as well
after you commit the change.

Thanks,
Tuy.

attributes, which in turn causes IE6 to spit out security warnings with
every page load (if the portal is running over https). A simple
solution was to add src="javascript:false;" to each iframe definition.
I have logged this issue in JIRA (UP-2158), and with everyone's
blessings would like to commit this to trunk.

+1 go for it,

Also if you're feeling like learning something you can give svnmerge a
try to commit the change to 3-0-patches to:

[uportal-dev] UP-2158

2008-09-11 Thread Chris Doyle
During our uP3 upgrade process, we uncovered a bitesize issue in
navigation.xsl in which a couple iframes were defined without src
attributes, which in turn causes IE6 to spit out security warnings with
every page load (if the portal is running over https). A simple
solution was to add src="javascript:false;" to each iframe definition.
I have logged this issue in JIRA (UP-2158), and with everyone's
blessings would like to commit this to trunk.

2008-09-11 Thread Jonathan Markow
Reminder: This Friday, September 12, is the last day to *guarantee* the
JASIG Unconference rate at the Edgewater Hotel in Madison, Wisconsin!
(Discounted conference rates may still be available after that if rooms are
not otherwise booked by the hotel, so do ask for the JASIG rate whenever you
call.) To make a reservation, call the hotel directly at 1-800-922-5512 or
1-608-256-9071.

The JASIG Unconference is shaping up to be a great event for developers,
designers, architects, deployers, and managers. For discussions and
workshops on uPortal, CAS, UX Design, Identity and Access Management, Spring
Portlet MVC, Portlets, Roadmap planning, Project Incubation, uP3 Deployment,
and Enterprise Integration, the University of Wisconsin-Madison is the place
to be, starting October 6th!

There's still time to register:
https://www.concentra-cms.com/register/start.action?confId=34.

Go to the JASIG wiki for more information about the Unconference:
http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/x/8hLP.

We hope to see you there!
