· Under general supervision, carries out broad and complex

· Communicates and meets with organizational units involved to
determine specific requirements.  May conduct feasibility studies for new

to correct problems

· Coordinates system and application installation to avoid
disruption of existing activities and ensure a smooth production and
implementation

· Resolution of cross functional issues with different user groups
and SAP teams

· Preparation of functional specifications for conversions and
enhancements

· Functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO processes and capabilities

· Coordination with development team and monitor the progress of
developing activities and updating the status with respective teams

· Provide user training where appropriate

· Co-ordination with Power users in resolving the issues that arises
during the user training

· Complete Production Services issues

· Provide effective scope and issue management

· Search and apply OSS notes where appropriate

· Translates business requirements and liaison with IT to assure
resource and project plans are aligned

*Specific Accomplishments expected in first 6 – 18 months:*

Ø  *Actively participate in ongoing projects in the FI/CO area of SAP*

Ø  *Demonstrate ability to utilize FI/CO functionality to enhance business
processing*

Ø  *Investigate and resolve help desk tickets in the FI/CO area of SAP*

Ø  *Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or appropriate combination of
education and experience*

Ø  *Three – Five years SAP FI/CO experience (COPA experience a plus).*
