The PMs will work on various types of projects with varying durations for
the PMO/BMO PM Resource pool. Projects will consist of IT discovery
projects, delivery projects, process related projects', data requests, etc.
These resources need to be seasoned, agile project management professionals
that are willing to work on multiple tasks/project including IT Discovery
projects assessing data marts and data stores (Department of Care and
Service Quality, Community Benefits, Kaiser Foundation Research Institute,
National Diversity, Institute of Policy Health, KP International and Utility
for Data care Analytics). Classic delivery projects per TEAMS SDLC -
(Project Charter, Scope, Project Management Plan, Direct and Manage Project
Execution, Control Work and Changes, Close Out)
These resources will manage coordination across multiple stakeholders from
both IT and Business and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project
objectives are met. These resources will also prepare and provide final
delivery of current state Data Governance Profile for each data mart or
data store assessed during the IT discovery project.
