It's been surprising this first day of 2007 has almost come to an end 
without a note of good tidings for the year, so here's one:


There's something almost perfect about kicking off the new year with 
Andre's announcement of RevOnRockets.  It's been a long time in the 
making, and with the ever-growing interest in all things Internet and 
Andre's enviable energy, I have no doubt it'll have a valuable future.

Lovely! Thanks so much - cutting this out reminded me of the times  
(many years ago) when I used to make polyhedra out of card as  
described in a really excellent book - 'Mathematical Models' by H.  
Martin Cundy, A.P. Rollet (Oxford University Press 1961, now sadly  
out of print). I must look out my copy...


Anyway the little dodecahedron is now sitting happily on my desk.

Ditto.  It's been very interesting, though at times
stressful.  When I first decided to write cross-platform
I looked at Kylix (deceased), Lazarus (no support for Carbon),
QT (a real mess), RealBasic (should be renamed RealBugs, a
simple tabbed interface becomes a nightmare of controls bleeding
through to other pages) and finally Rev.  Rev in stable and (now)
lots of fun to use.  :-)  I'm looking forward to 2006 and using
Rev' to allow me to access markets previous unreachable to me.
