Hello. To preface I am very new to using Apache. I am attempting to experiment locally, however I cannot connect to local host nor the 127.0.0.1 directly. I am looking to try and get the IT works! Apache Are you using Skype? By default, Skype block port 80 and 443, disable such port in Skype or change the default port for Apache. You can also use netstat -b from command prompt to see all programs with opened ports.
